Standard Service Call Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Our standard service call includes the first one hour's labour. If it is immediately apparent that we cannot reasonably fix the problem in that time, we will not make any charge and instead will leave you with an estimate free of charge and without obligation.
Emergency, Evening & weekend Calls
Out of hours and weekend service calls will incur a minimum set charge and include up to one hour's labour. This should be enough to complete most small jobs and repairs and make safe any emergency situations. We will also provide a free estimate for any further works or repairs.
Making things safe
Whatever the problem whether a broken down boiler, or a burst pipe, we will do everything possible to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. If you have dangerous or faulty appliances we make it our priority to make these things safe and this is usually done within the first hour on the job. Afterwards we will advise you of any further work that may be required.
Fault finding
If the problem is electrical but don't know why or where the fault is, we have the equipment and expertise to find it and fix it.
